Privacy Policy
1. Who we are
Solveth LLC ("Solveth," "we," "us") is a Georgia limited liability company. This policy covers solveth.app and solveth.io, and — as each launches — the Poise, Tend, and Marquee apps (collectively, the "Services"). It does not cover any other product Solveth may build in the future until that product is added here.
2. The short version
- We don't sell your personal data. Ever.
- We don't run ads, so we're not building a profile of you to sell ad targeting.
- Where a Service can work with less data, it's built to. Poise's camera coaching runs entirely on your device — nothing is uploaded. Tend shows you nothing until you explicitly connect a source or tell it something yourself.
- You can ask us what we have on you, correct it, or delete it. Section 8 explains how.
3. Information we collect
3.1 Information you give us directly
- Account information: name, email address, and password (or sign-in-provider ID) when you create a Solveth account.
- Payment information: handled by our payment processor (Stripe) — Solveth does not store your full card number.
- Content you provide: voice notes, text you type, photos or video you choose to upload, and anything else you actively enter into a Service.
- Communications: anything you send us directly, like support requests.
3.2 Information collected automatically
- Usage data: which features you use, how often, and basic device/browser information (device type, OS version, app version), collected to keep the Services working and to understand what's useful.
- Website analytics: solveth.app uses [ANALYTICS TOOL — UPDATE AT LAUNCH] to understand aggregate visitor traffic. See Section 6 (Cookies) for how to opt out.
3.3 Information from connected sources (Tend only)
Tend can optionally connect to your calendar, contacts, or professional-network data — only if you explicitly turn each source on. Nothing is accessed until you grant it, and you can revoke access at any time in Tend's settings. Turning a source off stops future access; it does not automatically delete what was already retrieved (see Section 8 for how to request deletion).
3.4 Camera data (Poise only)
Poise uses your device's front camera to provide real-time coaching. Video from Poise's camera feature is processed entirely on your device and is never uploaded to Solveth's servers or stored by us. If you choose to save a routine or capture a specific moment (for example, replaying a salon visit), only what you explicitly choose to save is stored, and it's tied to your account like any other content you provide.
3.5 Information we do not collect
We do not knowingly collect precise geolocation unless a specific feature asks for it and you grant permission, and we do not access your device's microphone, camera, contacts, or calendar except where a specific Service feature requires it and you've granted that permission through your device's own permission system.
4. How we use information
We use the information above to:
- Provide and personalize the Services (this is the whole point — the apps work by remembering context about you)
- Process payments and manage subscriptions
- Communicate with you about your account, changes to the Services, or support requests
- Improve the Services and fix problems
- Meet legal obligations
We do not use your information to sell targeted advertising, and we do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes.
5. How information is shared
We share information only with:
- Service providers who help us run Solveth (cloud hosting, payment processing, customer support tools), under contracts that limit their use of your data to providing that service to us.
- AI processing providers (including Anthropic) that power the Services' agent features, solely to generate the suggestions and drafts the Services present to you.
- Law enforcement or regulators, only when required by valid legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Solveth, our users, or the public.
- A successor, if Solveth is acquired, merged, or sells assets — you'd be notified and this policy would continue to apply until updated.
We do not share information with data brokers or advertising networks.
6. Cookies and similar technologies
solveth.app uses essential cookies to make the site function and, where enabled, analytics cookies to understand aggregate traffic.
7. Data retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active, plus a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You can request deletion at any time — see Section 8.
8. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Know what personal information we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate information
- Delete your information
- Export your information in a portable format
- Opt out of certain processing
To exercise any of these rights, email [PRIVACY EMAIL — UPDATE AT LAUNCH]. We'll respond within the timeframe required by applicable law (for example, 45 days under California's CCPA/CPRA).
California residents: you have specific rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under CCPA/CPRA.
9. Children's privacy
The Services are not directed at children under 13 (or the applicable minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under that age. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us at [PRIVACY EMAIL] and we'll delete it.
10. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the Services evolve. We'll post the updated version here with a new "Last updated" date, and for material changes, we'll provide more prominent notice (such as an in-app or email notification).
