Your content stays on your device by default. Certain features send limited, purpose-specific data to AI processors to work — the full breakdown is in the Privacy Policy.

How do I delete my data?

Delete items within the app, or uninstall the app to clear the data it stored on your device. There are no accounts to close.

Are these apps a substitute for professional help?
